i miss so many friends that i have drifted apart from

For a few reasons:
1. to bring up my mood levels
2. so i can concentrate better in my revision and exams
3. to enjoy and indulge in food because i haven’t in so long and im always so hungry
The plan was to get straight back on the diet after my last exam and work hard for six weeks before the summer holidays and lose as much as possible.
Frankly, I’m thinking of just starting tomorrow. Fuck eating. I don’t feel happy. I’ve gained weight. I feel wobbly and bloated and thoroughly disgusting.
Need to be clean again. Don’t be so fucking weak. Revise, even though your tired and drained. You don’t need all this fatty food. Stay strong.
1. become a vegetarian
2. go for a run every day and burn at least 300 cal
3. eat 3 small meals a day
4. keep up to date with homework and revision
5. save up for summer clothes
